Clan Structure
{SB} does not use a ranking system such as Alpha, Military or Halo teams. Each member is equally treated as the same. Equal opportunity is given to each member. Anyone in the clan is eligible to help out {SB} as best they can. However, there are specific jobs handed out to specific members based on a clan vote.
Senate
{SB} uses a Senate to govern the clans' decisions and enforce the clan guidelines. The Senate consists of 3 members that were chosen by the clan to make these decisions rather than one supreme dictator. They also serve as admins on the forum.
The Senate consists of: EpYoN, Odium, TheYosh.
{SB} members have a section in the forum that they can suggest ideas for the clan. The Senate discusses these ideas and reports back when they reach a consensus.
Cabinet
{SB} uses a Cabinet to handle all of the [sb] matters. they take care of recruiting, dismissals, problems, recommendations for promtotion to {SB}, etc, etc - basically anything that has to do with [sb]. They also serve as global moderators on the forum.
The Cabinet consists of Arrowmancer, Mazda, and WarKaster.
These three are the members you want to try to make the biggest impression on. They are always evaluating recruits on gameplay abilities and conduct. The clan leans heavily on these three for their recommendation on who should and shouldn't gain membership to {SB}.
IRC Operators
Although SlingBlades doesn't use IRC much yet, we have one up and running for future usage (#SlingBlades on GameSurge). Kenty is the main operator of the channel, and handles general maintenance of the channel. Senate members also serve as operators in IRC.
